FOSMORE Warranty Policy
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), most products sold on fosmore.com.au include a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover:
- Accessories or bonus gifts
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper assembly, modification, abnormal use, or misuse
- Damage or deterioration from inadequate maintenance or care (e.g. fabric, leather, timber)
- External packaging
Please note: this warranty applies to manufacturing faults only and does not cover change-of-mind returns. For information about returns or refunds, see our Refund Policy.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email help@fosmore.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video (if applicable)
FOSMORE will assess whether the product qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund under this warranty or the ACL.
