FOSMORE Shipping Policy

1. Overview

FOSMORE ships orders to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery timeframes vary by destination. All orders are shipped with tracking. Delivery estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed.

Pricing Notice: Prices, availability and delivery options may vary by region. Final pricing is displayed based on your selected country and currency at checkout.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our fulfilment facility.

3. Delivery Timeframes (Business Days)

  • Australia: 3–5 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, peak periods, or remote/regional delivery locations.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Australia: Free standard delivery
  • New Zealand: Flat rate NZD $55 per order
  • Canada: Flat rate CAD $79 per order

Shipping rates are displayed clearly at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to exclude certain oversized, unusually heavy items, or remote delivery locations from standard shipping offers. If applicable, this will be shown at checkout prior to order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear once the parcel is in the carrier’s network.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders (New Zealand and Canada) are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges assessed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs thresholds and rules vary by country and may change without notice.
  • FOSMORE has no control over customs assessments, clearance processes, or related delays.
  • Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges may be partially refunded or not eligible for a refund.

Australian domestic orders include GST where applicable at checkout.

7. Delivery Partners

We primarily use Australia Post and affiliated international postal or courier partners. In some cases, an alternative reputable carrier may be used to meet delivery or coverage requirements.

8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • Returned or undeliverable parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a redelivery fee.
  • FOSMORE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors provided at checkout.

9. Authority to Leave (ATL)

If an Authority to Leave is selected or applied by the carrier, parcels may be left in a safe location at the delivery address. Once marked as delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. Signature-on-delivery services are not guaranteed for all destinations.

10. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Australia Post deliveries generally support PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia. International PO Box or locker delivery availability varies by country and carrier and is not guaranteed.

11. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Please check safe locations and with neighbours before contacting us within 7 days.
  • Delayed in transit: Carrier delays may occur. We will provide reasonable assistance with carrier investigations where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes or timeframes.

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly. Requests to change or cancel an order must be made immediately by emailing help@fosmore.com.au. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

13. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels to improve delivery times. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

14. Peak Periods & Remote Areas

During peak periods (including major sales events and December), or when delivering to remote or regional locations, delivery may take longer than estimated.
