Pricing Transparency
Before you complete your purchase, checkout will clearly display your product price, shipping costs and any taxes FOSMORE is required to collect. We do not add unexpected service fees or hidden charges during checkout.
International shipping charges are based on the total shipping weight of your order. Current rates are AUD $80 for orders under 1.5 kg, AUD $120 for orders weighing 1.51–2.0 kg, and AUD $150 for orders over 2.0 kg.
For international orders, local customs authorities may assess import duties, taxes, clearance fees or other charges after your order reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside FOSMORE's control.
International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or clearance charges assessed by the destination country.
Customs rules and thresholds vary between countries and may change. Customers should check with their local customs or taxation authority before placing an international order if they are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Australian customers pay the product price shown at checkout and receive free standard delivery. International customers pay the product price shown at checkout plus the applicable weight-based shipping charge for their order.
Any import duties, taxes, customs fees or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the checkout total and remain the responsibility of the international customer where applicable.
